“I’ve trained on and off over the years with different personal trainers, apps and trying to do it on my own with little success. My relationship with food together with my ‘I’ll start on Monday’ attitude meant that I was caught in a never ending cycle of restricting and quick weight loss regimes.

I came across Kylie and immediately was taken by her story and the fact that she looks at your health holistically, incorporating both physical and mental goals. When I met her and explained my goals and the fact that I needed to be held accountable I knew straight away that I had made the right decision.

6 months on and I can’t believe the change in my confidence, body composition and overall energy. I now have a much more healthy relationship with food, I feel confident in the gym and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my overall energy and wellbeing. I look forward to training each week and being helped to push myself further than I thought I could go.
