You exercise for enjoyment, stress relief and body composition (because let’s be honest who doesn’t want to look good naked?!) but understand finding self worth goes far deeper than a six pack.

As a result you flourish and it shows. You feel AND look your best and are living a lifestyle you can maintain long term.

I understand the key to long term success is a habit based coaching approach whereby in order to have sustainable lifelong success it must be built on changing daily  habits and routines. It’s not just about having the knowledge to make these changes, but having a coach to hold you accountable each day too. 

And being held accountable doesn’t mean judgement - far from it - it means guiding, supporting and cheering for you and sometimes giving some tough love when needed too! 

Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, a photo shoot, wedding, fitness or simply healing and improving your relationship with yourself and food (which we could all work on!), and you want results for the long term, my coaching will teach and guide you along your journey.

There is no cookie cutter program here, this is a highly individualised and personalised service to help you through your pain points, lifestyle and goals to get you to where - and who - you want to be.

Whether your goal is changing your body comp, improving your relationship with food and self or anything in between you can expect the following: 

  • Getting clear direction, clarity and expectations around your goals

  • Personalised training and/or nutrition and lifestyle plans based on your goals

The Routine Fix - Online Course

This 12 week course provides education, tools & accountability to enable you to improve your habits and routines for life.
