A little dump from my last phase of training .. and boy was it messy šŸ˜‚

This 7 week phase was supposed to be all about final upper body rehab working on stability and rebuilding strength, with the look to get back to my favourite exercise, benching,
It’s been so long since I had these unhealthy eating habits that it almost feels like it happened to a different person.
