As a personal trainer, there is an assumption that you spend all your free time pumping weights in the gym and eating chicken, broccoli and rice. The truth is that even personal trainers need coaches to guide them, encourage them and be accountable too.

Kylie was understanding of my situation, clever in her programming to work around old injuries and imbalances, and always patient and flexible in her approach from week to week. Her communication is outstanding and I always knew I’d hear from her within the day on any issue or to provide feedback on training.
